Our Mission Is Simple.

To make the blessing of Umrah accessible to every Muslim — even those who can no longer make the journey themselves.

We believe that the distance between a prayer and its destination should never be a barrier. Whether it is for a deceased family member, an elderly parent, or someone who cannot travel due to health — we perform the Umrah with sincerity, care, and full documentation.

We don't see this as a business. We see it as a responsibility — a sacred trust (amanah) between us, the families we serve, and Allah سبحانه وتعالى.

Our Story

Why We Started
This Service

Badal Umrah was born from a deeply personal experience. When our founder's grandmother passed away without ever performing Umrah, the family searched for a trusted way to have it done on her behalf. What they found was a fragmented, opaque process with no guarantees and no proof.

That experience sparked a mission: to create a service that is transparent, authentic, and trustworthy — so that no family has to wonder whether the Umrah was truly performed.

Today, Badal Umrah connects families around the world with verified performers in Makkah. Every Umrah is documented with photos and video. Every performer is vetted. Every intention (niyyah) is made correctly according to the Sunnah.

We don't see this as a business. We see it as a responsibility — a sacred trust (amanah) between us, the families we serve, and Allah سبحانه وتعالى.

Verification Process

Personal Interview
Every performer is personally interviewed to assess their Islamic knowledge and understanding of Umrah rites.

Religious Knowledge Screening
We screen for knowledge of Umrah fiqh, correct niyyah, and the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.

Identity Verification
Identity is verified and performer profiles are maintained on our secure platform.

Ongoing Monitoring
Performers are reviewed after each Umrah. Client feedback directly influences approval status.
